Who we are

Tangent is operated by the Tangent team. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your phone number and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't impersonate others or create multiple accounts to evade moderation.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tangent to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Share illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.

IRL meetups

Tangent helps you meet strangers in person. Use good judgement — pick public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your gut.

Service changes

We may update the app and these terms. We'll try to notify you about material changes.
